Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, antennas, and manuals to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
